DAY 2 : EMOTIONS RUNNING HOT
Saturday's episode from this year's PFC SPRING trilogy came to an end and it was truly a story full of twists, emotions and floorball.
PFC MINI joined the bandwagon early in the morning and completely dominated the area of Prague's Kobylisy district. And that it was a speedster is also confirmed by statistics pointing to a total number of 775 goals in just 98 matches. To give you an idea, in the smallest category of our future talents, they averaged 10 goals per game, in just 16 minutes of gross time. WOW and congratulations.
The next chapter of the story was the continuation of group fights in other categories and the start of playoff matches. The indesirable highlight of today's day was the conditions that were created at the EXE hall and, in the late hours, at the alternative hall at the Krč Eagles. The interplay of circumstances, temperature changes and partly also the bad condition of some arenas created a situation where months of preparation and planning were suddenly exchanged for trying to decide on an alternative solution as soon as possible so that the tournament could continue. We are sorry, we apologize and we believe that at least the third day of the finals will be calm in the selected halls from this point of view and above all without injuries, problems and negative emotions.
Despite everything that has been mentioned, every smile, joy from a scored goal, a gesture of fair play or respect for the opponent, referees and organizers is the motivating factor to support, organize and spread the sport despite all the negative situations that during tournaments arise. So let Sunday be the key day of the tournament, when everything will be at stake and the matches will awaken the purest emotions in the children, all with the mindset that sport is primarily supposed to bring people together. So let's take today as a springboard to more positive news that tomorrow will hopefully bring.
Good night, thank you, let’s get this!
